US based companies can raise up to $5 million with audited financial statements pursuant to Regulation CF. We can prepare and file your From C with the SEC for Regulation CF crowdfunding campaigns and help you navigate the whole process from start to finish including your subsequent annual reports. The $5 million limit is for a trailing 12 month period. Companies without audit financial statements can raise smaller amounts of money.
